VCTs were introduced by the Government in 1995 to offer individuals the opportunity to invest in businesses which are unquoted or listed on the Alternative Investment Market. Investing in these earlier stage businesses provides significant prospects for higher returns as these businesses develop and mature.

We are constantly seeking to add to our portfolio of investments in carefully selected companies with excellent growth prospects. VCTs offer substantial tax benefits. We minimise the risk by investing in a diverse mix of businesses. In doing so we can provide our shareholders with consistent level of return.
